Untangling your thoughts

About Me

WHY CHOOSE ME

I believe that my own life experiences provide me with a deep empathy and acceptance of individuals facing similar challenges and give me a greater understanding of others who may be suffering or would like to change something in their lives.

My resilience, with counselling support, in overcoming these demonstrates that healing and growth are possible, even in the face of adversity.

I have a corporate background and a PhD sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry. I have studied at two separate universities (degree and postgraduate) and had experience as a post-doctoral researcher and a marketing/sales support role. With my professional expertise in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge about healthcare systems, medical treatments and patient care.

My decision to pursue studies in counselling reflects my passion for helping others and my commitment to professional development. My academic background, combined with my lived experiences and professional expertise enables me to be a compassionate and capable counsellor who can provide meaningful support and guidance to clients facing a wide range of challenges.
