My Approach
My experience so far has led me to work with adults and teenage clients covering a wide range of presentations including depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, abuse, bereavement, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicide ideation, mental health issues, neurodiversity (ADHD and ASD) and also, the challenges of growing up or just being within the technological world and the complications brought up by social media. .
I can help with a range of mental health and life stage issues, and I understand that life is particularly challenging at the moment. I offer face-to-face in my local area of Aylesbury, Berryfields, online and telephone counselling sessions. Appointments are available during the daytime, some evenings and Saturday mornings so we can find a time that works for you.
My Training
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and undertake regular, ongoing training (CPD) and supervision in line with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for Counsellors and the BACP Guidelines for Online Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.BACP.co.uk). As part of my training, I also held placements as a volunteer counsellor at Youth Concern and Buckinghamshire Mind.

My Fees
Individual 50 minute online or telephone counselling and face-to-face appointments (based at Fitness Blueprint, Sir Henry Lee Crescent, Aylesbury, HP18 0PE) are from £60.00 per session.
